2) Quotation & Sampling

• 48h Transparent Quote: EXW/FOB (Shenzhen/Ningbo) by default; DDP trial orders available with partnered forwarders.
• Cost Breakdown: Materials / processing & print / logistics / compliance; no hidden fees.
• MOQ: 300–3,000 pcs depending on process (CMYK start quantities are higher than single-color).
• Sampling SLA:24–72h

3) Lead Time & Delivery

• Mass Production Lead Time: 7–15 days (off-season); +5–10 days in peak season.
• Trade Terms & Logistics: EXW/FOB (Shenzhen/Ningbo); DDP trials possible for select lanes and weight tiers.
• Delivery Files: Die-line & drawing (dimensions), paper GSM, packing list, invoice, and customs HS elements.

4) Quality Control & Compliance

• Incoming & In-process Checks: Paper GSM/stiffness, key dimensions, and color difference ΔE ≤ 2.0 (spectrophotometer).
• AQL Inspection: General Level II — Maj 2.5 / Min 4.0.
• Systems & Facility Credentials: ISO 9001, FSC (paper), partial BSCI coverage; RoHS/REACH spot testing capability for materials.
• Compliance Documents: Material declaration, MSDS, REACH SVHC non-contain statement.

5) Payment & Fees

• Terms: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
• Sample Fee: $30–$150 per SKU, deductible against the first order or mass production.
• Optional Value-Adds: Color management (spot/ICC), rush sampling/production, paper-price hedging options, warehousing & labeling coordination.

6) Communication & Response

7) Fit & Limitations
