- Files & Tolerances: Accept STEP/IGES; tolerances to ISO 2768-m or per drawing.

6) Payment & Fees
- T/T: 30–40% deposit; balance before shipment.
- Tooling milestones: 40/30/30 (kickoff / T1 approval / pre-ship).

- Sample fees: Quoted per SKU; can be offset against first mass-production order.
7) Communication & PM
- Engineer-led English/Chinese communication.
- SLA: Drawing/DfM review ≤24h; weekly progress tracker with photos and dates.
- Change control: ECO log for drawing/tolerance updates; approval gates for mold modifications.
8) Risks & Mitigation
- Drawing changes / tolerance disputes → upfront DfM + GD&T review; written FAIR criteria.
- Tooling ownership → contract clause naming owner; custody & storage terms; pull-out rights.
